I'm definately in favor of snarky comments - the index card idea is great!

Be thankful you don't have two boys that you had to hold down during while they were being circumcised. Moreover, if you ever have boys and decide to get them circumcised, I highly recommend taking the doctor's advice and NOT attending.

Jim - Yeah, there's a lot of, "Wish I could go through that for them." I'm glad the RSS feed is working. I sorta forgot it was available since it's just built in to Wordpress. I may have to post about how that works someday. If you notice some new post alerts seem to be late, it's probably an illusion. I occasionally back-date the timestamp to make an entry look like it was added when I wanted to write it, rather than when I actually wrote it, especially if it doesn't mess up the order. Blog magic. (Imagine me making a fancy magic motion with my hands.)

Traci - Not sure if I have the guts to try it, but I have considered putting some of the common questions on color-coded index cards (different color for each question) with one of my snarky replies on each one, so if someone asks, "Are they identical?", I can pull them out of my back pocket, fan them out, and say, "Pick a blue card." If they give me a strange look after reading the answer they selected, I'll just make a fancy magic motion with my hands.

Glad their eyes are okay- great news! You may as well make up pamphlets now for your future outings that have all the answers on it for all the repeat questions and just hand those out.

It's so hard on parents when little ones need to go through things they can't understand. You alternate between thinking, "It'll be OK, this needs to be done" and "We can put a man on the moon but they have to do this to my kids to find out if they're ok?". I'm glad that the news is good, though.

BTW, I finally got smart and started to use the RSS feed thingy in Safari so I can catch your updates quicker. :)
